I started in the ERP industry in 1997, working with the business systems that many organisations rely on for their daily operations.
Since then I have worked as a developer, technical lead, project manager, architect and manager.
At the same time, I have devoted a large part of my working life to education and professional development. I have been teaching for many years and have, among other things, been a certified Microsoft Trainer.
Over the years I have encountered the same challenges time and again.
Courses were held when it suited the training schedule rather than the learner.
Skilled participants were forced through topics they had already mastered.
And after the course it was often hard to find exactly the knowledge you needed back in your everyday work.
Those frustrations are an important part of why I created Actus Training.
My ambition is to combine technology, learning and practical application in a way that creates lasting impact.
That is why we build courses that can be completed at your own pace.
That is why we work with practical exercises and reflection rather than passive instruction.
And that is why we build tools such as Prompt Tutor and AI Tutor, so that learning can continue after the course is finished.
